At Shubhashish Homes, we don’t just build homes—we nurture beginnings. On July 17th, 2025, we had the honour of hosting the Bhoomi Poojan Ceremony for our landmark villa project in Jaipur, Shubhashish Forest. The occasion wasn’t merely about marking land for construction—it was about offering gratitude, creating a spiritual foundation, and blessing every future home that will rise on this sacred soil.
It was a day that beautifully brought together traditions, togetherness, and timeless values. A day when the warmth of Indian culture and the meticulous planning of our team aligned to create an unforgettable experience for our homeowners.
From a soulfully curated welcome to individually conducted pooja ceremonies for each family, every moment of the event was planned with heartfelt care. Our core belief that “When land is honoured, homes flourish with peace and light” guided every step of the Bhoomi Poojan celebrations.
Let’s walk through what made this ceremony so meaningful—and a true reflection of the love and commitment we hold for every homebuyer.
As the sun rose gently over the Shubhashish Forest site on Sez Road, a sense of calm and purpose blanketed the air. The ceremonial venue was decorated with elegant simplicity—floral rangolis, soft lighting, and traditional elements came together to create a setting that was spiritual and welcoming.
The event wasn't just designed to impress—it was designed to connect. Every homeowner who arrived was personally welcomed with a traditional tilak and heartfelt greetings. There were no rushed formalities. Each family was made to feel that the day belonged to them.
From the moment they stepped in, it was clear—this wasn't just about plots or paperwork. This was about people. And about honouring the sacred journey they were beginning.
A key highlight of the day was how every homeowner had a separate pandit assigned, ensuring that each family's Bhoomi Poojan was a private and personal experience. This was not just a group ritual—it was a series of intimate, family-led ceremonies conducted with care and attention to detail.
Families sat down in the serene pooja enclosure, surrounded by positive chants and ancient rituals. The vedic mantras, resonating in the morning air, purified not just the space but uplifted hearts. Each mantra carried centuries of meaning, blessing the soil and invoking divine protection over the homes that would soon be built.
This level of personalization is rarely seen in large real estate projects—and it reflects the Shubhashish commitment to making every moment about the homeowner, not the brand.
At the heart of the pooja was the worship of the Sacred Shila—a symbol of strength, grounding, and divinity. Carefully brought to each pooja setting, the Shila was reverently worshiped by each family, who were guided by the pandits on every step of the process.
This symbolic act wasn't just ceremonial. It represented the spiritual cornerstone of their home—the moment when their aspirations touched tradition, and dreams took a sacred shape.
As each family offered flowers, rice, turmeric, and ghee to the Shila, a quiet and profound emotion settled over the site—something that words fail to capture fully, but the heart deeply feels.
Once the individual poojas concluded, everyone gathered for a collective Aarti. The atmosphere was radiant, not just with diyas and sound, but with unity. Voices rose together, hands folded in prayer, eyes glowing with belief.
The rhythmic flow of the Aarti, accompanied by bells and traditional music, felt like a wave of collective devotion. The energy was unmistakable—hopeful, peaceful, and full of love.
Even those attending the ceremony for the first time were deeply moved. For many, this was a reminder that while luxury matters, it’s spiritual grounding and emotional care that make a house a true home.
Following the Aarti, our guests were invited to enjoy a hearty lunch, thoughtfully planned to suit all tastes. From traditional delicacies to modern favourites, the menu was crafted to offer comfort and joy after the emotional and spiritual experience of the day.
Families sat together, spoke with neighbours, and shared stories and smiles. For many, this was their first opportunity to meet fellow homeowners. For us, it was a joy to see the Shubhashish Forest community beginning to take shape—not just in concrete and plans, but in bonds and conversations.
Behind this seamless and serene event was months of planning, from pooja logistics to personalised touches. At Shubhashish Homes, our teams worked tirelessly to ensure that every family had a smooth, memorable, and spiritually fulfilling experience.
Separate pooja slots, curated seating, experienced pandits, custom materials for rituals, and a clean, calm environment—every detail was thought through. It wasn’t a checklist; it was a promise to our homebuyers: that we are not just builders, but caretakers of their trust.
And that’s a responsibility we hold dear, every single day.
Launched in March 2025, Shubhashish Forest has been a project close to our hearts. From the very first day, it struck a chord with Jaipur’s discerning homebuyers. On launch day itself, we sold out most of the inventory—a testament to the trust placed in us and the vision of the Forest community.
Located near Jaipur’s medical and commercial hubs, and designed around lush greenery, wellness, and ultra-luxury, the project promises forest-themed villas, modern comforts, and a life anchored in nature.
The Bhoomi Poojan was the soul of this vision—a moment when that promise was sanctified in the most spiritual way.
The overwhelming response to Phase 1 has inspired us to accelerate plans for Phase 2. And just like the first phase, the upcoming villas will be designed with an unwavering focus on nature, luxury, and lifestyle.
More than that, they will come with the same emotional integrity—the belief that a home should begin with blessings, and that every family deserves not just a roof, but roots.
We invite future homeowners to be part of this journey. A journey that starts with land, but leads to so much more—peace, prosperity, and a place to truly belong.
The Bhoomi Poojan at Shubhashish Forest wasn’t just a formality—it was a foundation. A quiet but powerful reminder that homes aren't simply built with bricks. They’re built with blessings, belief, and belonging.
At: Shubhashish Homes, this isn’t an event we host—it’s a sentiment we live by. Every homeowner matters. Every ritual has meaning. Every small detail reflects a bigger truth: that when care meets culture, the result is not just a home—it’s harmony.
And that’s exactly what we offer at Shubhashish Forest.
